- We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any or all of our website services, and to stop publishing our website, at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation; and save to the extent expressly provided otherwise in this disclaimer, you will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment upon the discontinuance or alteration of any website services, or if we stop publishing the website.
You can request an account by clicking 'Sign up', at the 'my account' tab of the web shop.
If you have forgotten your login credentials for the DIYclassD.com web shop, a link to retrieve these is available at the login page.
To place an order, an account is required, and you need to be logged in at the web shop.
Change of address
The customer is responsible to keep his account information and address information up-to-date. You can update your personal data online.
After you have logged in, click on the tab 'my account' , and choose 'my profile' and your personal data will be shown. Your data can be changed here as well.
Beside the online account change it is good to inform us also by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Your personal information is secured during the ordering and payment process through SSL encryption and not shared with third parties.
You can access your personal data at any time by means of an e-mail request for inspection. We will respond to your question within 4 weeks. DIYclassD.com will remove every registered user (and his or her personal data) from its database in response to a request. You can send your request to view, delete or change your data to email@example.com.

If you choose one of the above mentioned payment options, your payment will be arranged through Mollie.You can pay directly through internet banking, through your bank, PayPal or credit card. This payment system, developed and managed by Mollie is certified and approved by major credit card issuers. For internet banking, you should always activate your cookies. Orders by Mollie are always encrypted.

You will receive the invoice for your order by email after we have shipped your order or after a partial shipment. The invoice is also your proof of warranty.
If the invoice is no longer in your possession, you can request a copy by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or to download it from your invoice list at your account.
It could happen that a payment remains too long.
To make you aware that there is an unpaid order, we will send you a reminder after some time.
When you don't arrange the payment in 2 weeks after the reminder the order will not be shipped and will be removed from the system.
We use UPS for all global shipments. When the delivery can't be completed by absence, UPS will drop an information card with further instructions. More info at www.ups.com.For some areas we offer a PostNL shipment option, these areas are not well served by UPS services.
In our web shop you can choose your desired service where also the estimated time is shown. When there are no exceptions the shipping time is between 1-6 days depending on your address and the service you choose and the available stock. In general the orders will be shipped from the Netherlands, except otherwise applicable.
The customer is allowed to choose for a delivery address other than the standard account address. This can be chosen in the checkout phase of your order and will be stored at your account for future use only.
The customer receives a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email. With this number you can trace the location of your order at any time after it is been shipped out. For questions you can contact email@example.com
The shipping costs are depending on the destination, weight and chosen service. The costs are calculated in the checkout phase of the order.
DIYclassD.com is responsible for damaged or lost packages when the standard forwarder is chosen. When a delivery is not delivered in a reasonable time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation costs for regular web shop orders
DIYclassD.com charges no cancellation costs for regular webshop orders.
Cancellation or postpone request
Cancelation or postpone requests must be announced by email at email@example.com and are only a fact after written approval from DIYclassD.com - Hypex Electronics BV. Regular orders placed at DIYclassD.com through our web shop or by email can be cancelled till the moment our logistic department have packed your order.
If an order is not available from stock we will inform you about the expected delivery time by email. If a part is out of stock an expected re-stock (free stock) date is announced on the product page.
Return and Refund policy
14 days view period
For all your orders DIYclassD.com provides a trial period of 14 days from the time the order is in your possession. Within this period, you may view the article, unless otherwise stated.
Should you wish to return your order, we ask you:
a. the undamaged and unused product within the trial period of 14 days to return.
b. Send the complete product (incl. cables or other accessories), if reasonably possible in the original and undamaged packaging, with the copy of the invoice and a completed and approved RMA form for returns.
If you have chosen for a refund we will refund the purchase price, shipping and transaction costs excluded, within 30 days.

After the expiry of the approval period, the purchase agreement is a fact and the order can't be returned.
